At BoostedCarDetailingAU, we take pride in delivering high-quality car detailing services. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. Below outlines our policy regarding refunds, service dissatisfaction, and related issues.

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your service, please notify us on the day of service. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer:

  • A free touch-up or rework of the affected area

  • Or a partial refund, depending on the severity and circumstance

Note: Requests made more than 24 hours after service completion may not be eligible.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after service has been performed

  • Pre-existing damage that cannot be corrected through detailing

  • Unrealistic expectations not aligned with the service level booked

  • Weather interruptions once service is underway

  • Poor results caused by vehicle condition not disclosed at time of booking

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice will not incur any charges.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows may be charged up to 50% of the service price to cover time and travel.

4. Ceramic Coating and Paint Correction

Due to the labour-intensive nature and product use, ceramic coatings and paint correction services are non-refundable once started. However, care instructions will be provided, and we will address any clear application issues promptly if reported within 24 hours.
