All services must be booked in advance.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.
Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booked service.
We reserve the right to refuse service in extreme weather conditions or if safe working conditions are not met.

We are fully insured and take the utmost care when handling your vehicle.
BoostedCarDetailingAU is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or issues arising from previously applied products.
In the rare event of accidental damage, we will discuss resolution directly with the client.

Payment is due on completion of service, unless otherwise agreed upon.
We accept cash, bank transfer, or other methods as advised during booking.
Quotes are valid for 7 days and may be adjusted if the vehicle’s condition differs significantly from the description or photos provided.

Services, inclusions, and pricing are subject to change at any time.
These terms may also be updated periodically. The latest version will always be available on our website.

The customer is responsible for removing valuables from the vehicle prior to service.
BoostedCarDetailingAU will not be liable for any items lost or damaged inside the vehicle.
Customers must ensure the vehicle is accessible and parked in a safe, legal location at the time of service.

While we aim for exceptional results, some stains, scratches, or imperfections may not be fully removed depending on severity.
Paint correction and ceramic coating services require the vehicle to remain clean and dry for a certain period after application — customers must follow any aftercare instructions provided.
Headlight restoration and engine bay cleaning may improve condition but do not guarantee permanent or showroom-level restoration on severely damaged parts.
